The book is essentially an autobiography. The author explains how she began as a young child to have the ability to sense the future. As she grew older, she had to learn how to use and to control her ability in order to help others. For someone who does not believe in the afterlife, it is inspiring and a comfort to realize that their loved ones are still with them on the Other Side, that the afterlife is indeed real. D.
