This novel follows Ann Cadwell, who first showed up in another superromance "Mommy Said Goodbye", as she hunts for a perp who is killing cops. You also meet her partner Juan Diaz and follow their tail of love. I like this book and really liked that I stumbled into Ann Cadwell in "Mommy Said Goodbye". Make sure you read "Mommy Said Goodbye" first to get the first glimpse into Cadwell's life.
