Book Review of The Delectable Apple Cider Vinegar Recipes: The unique way to use apple cider vinegar in your daily food

The reason I picked this book up was that I was looking for a way to effectively add Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) to my diet. I'm looking for a way to ingest enough to affect my blood pressure and blood sugar levels. I've had difficulty swallowing it in water and hoped for some suggestions.

The recipes seem doable and fairly easy. However, I'm wondering if a couple of tablespoons of ACV (in these recipes) will have any effect. After all, the ACV is spread over the whole recipe, not just one person's serving. We will see.
