This is the best and most useful and most readable cookbook I've ever owned. The recipes are simple, quick to make, and delicious..............and there's such a variety. I'm no cook -- and I have a special needs diet - but I've found at least two dozen recipes in this book to use on a regular basis. The only reason why I'm giving it up is because I've copied all the recipes I use into my own cookbook, and need to make space for fewer books. I've bought - and am passing on - at least a dozen cookbooks for the simple quick meals, and this one's the best.
