I happened upon this book at a thrift shop and decided to try it since I like the era and most things British are worth a read. I loved it!
The plot moved along steadily and the characters were fleshed out well. I connected with the heroine quickly and easily and I liked the hero too. There was no evil other woman but the heroine's "aunt" and "cousin" were the protagonists.
I am in the middle of reading Keep the Home Fires Burning...another thrift shop find. It's good too but not as good as this title. Highly recommend.
