This book with it's recipes has helped me add variety to my heart diet and diabetic diet. The principles are good and can be adapted to restricted diets and help with wt. loss and maintance. The walking program and resistance program were reasonable and not the intense kind were are led to believe is necessary for good health. I have recommended it to others who are getting faster results than I am able due to my complex medical problems.I will continue to use some of the principles in this program.
