This book is a sequel to Catch of the Season but can be read as a standalone. It's meant to be a romp, and it's very slight stuff indeed. I think it's one of those wallpaper regencies, where the author read a few regencies, said any fool can do this, and wrote her own - not very successfully. The book has no period feel to it, and it's not really all that funny either. It is, however, a fast easy read and might be suitable for the very old or the very young.
