This is the 18th book in the series. I would highly recommend starting from the beginning.

It is Christmas time in Caerphilly and Meg is in charge of a designer show house. Most of the designers get along but there is one that just cannot get along with the rest. When things going missing he is the one to blame but when he turns up dead all the designers become suspects. Can Meg find the killer in time so the show house will open in time?

It was OK. The colorfulness of her earlier books are missing in her latest books.
