I finally bought this book from Amazon in 2008. It is one of the best pressure cooker books I have found. Needless to say its stays in my keeper cookbook collection. I am so glad I stopped wishing for it and bought it. Its the A to Z of pressure cooker books? Explains all about pressure cookers and how to use them. This book is 470 pages with no pictures. There are tons of recipes in here with how to directions. I grew up watching my mom a use a pressure cooker. So that was the one of the first items I bought when I got married. Been using them since 1977. So with all that knowledge I had I still learned a lot from this book. I highly recommend this book to all cooks.
