There are 52pp of text, followed by four times as much of statistics, lists, and so forth. Howard dropped the ball on publishing this and Arthur Ashe certainly went to extraordinary efforts to see it through to publication. Don't fail to read C.F. Harris' 'Publisher's Statement.'
Some footnotes, index, and no bibliography (source material was largely from newspapers and the like).
