The author offers a view of the famous (infamous?) coffee shops in the Netherlands where tourists come to sample the wares. Given California's adoption of a less restrictive marijuana law (local jurisdictions still must establish guidelines and can refuse to allow salesrooms), I heard a radio interview today wherein the interviewed expert noted that there are many active biological agents, not just THC, they are insufficiently researched, and thus the feds continue to refuse to move canabis from the banned list.
