Doesn't Toby Peters ever get a chance to heal up? Or is this some kind of weird psychological problem he has? After all, psychological problems do run in the family. As his brother likes beating Toby up, and does so almost every time he sees him.

If I was Peters, I'd move to a different city and rob my brother of the joy of his disturbing fetish.
