Good for research information. Ken Johnson's work...outstanding organization and notes. I do not always agree with his views on theology. However, I always get a lot out of them.
I think the ancient books of Enoch, The Shepherd of Hermes and Jasher are must reads for Christians because "BB" before the Bibles today, this is what they believed and had for knowledge and sometimes knowing these books will clarify something in our mind that may have been a question. He separates out fact from fiction.Things will be as in the days of Noah, and it's already started. He's done an awesome You Tube video on the same subject, not nearly as complete as the book, but watching it will make you hunger for the book. He didn't skimp on the video time just to reflect an author's 'buy my book teaser', the subject matter is just that involved. Dr. Johnson has an understanding of world history and the Bible that only the LORD could have a hand in. Awesome book. I have read Enoch as a history book (it's not canonized but is mentioned in the Bible) and Dr. Johnson opened up my understanding on the parts I didn't understand.Enoch was seventh generation from Adam. Part of the book were corrupted and Ken points them out. It is a translation of the original Book of Enoch and a very interesting read.
