This is a cute book. I got it for my granddaughter, but it was too long to hold her interest. I thought it would be more the length of a Clifford, The Big Red Dog book, but it was much longer. The illustrations are wonderful! They are colorful and bright and that is a good thing. It just takes awhile to read it. I would definitely recommend this book.

I loved the book, but then I always enjoy books by Shel Silverstein. I have waited months and months to get a copy of this one from PaperBack Swap so I was thrilled when someone had a copy for me. I teach first grade and my students love it when I share it with them.
