Just pretend that the man you wish to marry is standing before you, " the designer instructed Anthea as she waited to model the wedding dress in the grand finale of his Spring Collection. But the man Anthea wished to marry was out there in the salon-with the woman who had taken Anthea's place as his future bride.

I was shocked to say that up till the end of the book, I wasn't quite sure who the hero was.

I'm not sure I have ever read a book, where I didn't know which man was actually the love interest. At least, not in a category romance. But in typical Burchell fashion, this book is about so much more. About life in a large, beautiful city for a young woman entering the fashion world and all the pettiness, hatred and jealousies that exist in the modelling world. This was an absorbing, entertaining read.
