It's sad when a debut book can't hold your attention and it didn't hold mine at all
I struggled through the first 50 pages and it just wasn't holding my attention at all and didn't give me anything to grab onto to make me want to continue
I should've known as on the front of the book it has a quote from Jane Harper and I don't like her books either but usually those people giving 'quotes' probably don't even read the book
I may be in the minority with a negative response but that's okay--to each their own
