A good book with excellent points. I disagree with the author on her views of forgiveness (her definition is far too broad and she makes no differentiation between forgiveness and absolution), and her opinion on confrontation. I am a living example that healing can take place w/o confrontation, and that forgiveness really does make a diference. But for those who are so wounded they are not coping with daily life, this book is a wonderful starting-point, along with private therapy.
