I tried my best to stick with this one but couldn't waste my time

The story just goes nowhere for so long that it is just a boring read, it doesn't make much sense at the halfway point, I got very tired of her kids always 'talking' like they are 10 yrs old instead of 2 and 3, I got very tired and disgusted with all the 'thoughts' in italics, that was just to make pages and wasn't necessary

I finally quit shortly after it was discovered the victim was in WITSEC and connected to the mob from years before when all those mobsters were already in prison or dead etc

This was one of the most boring books just to get to the halfway point and I couldn't suffer anymore

Very entertaining but the ending is wrapped up into a happy, feel good result that the rest of the book does not support.
