Plum meets Dallas. Both of them are traveling extremely fast and slam into each other creating an explosion where they both dis-integrate and reform into Charlie Fox. Reading the titles of First Drop, Second Shot, and then Third Strike, I was thinking that this might turn out to be an Evanovich wannabe, but the character is much more gritty than Plum and softer than Dallas. I liked it overall.
