A review of Jane Goodall's life. She is one whose name is so well-known, and her work with mountain gorillas readily accessed, but this is the first I've been able to find out more about her as a person, and the events of her life. It is well-written, with reflection on many aspects of her life and the societies she's lived in. Well worth reading. I passed it along to a sister-in-law.

This was such an incredible book-Ms. Goodall writes beautifully. She has gone through so much but still has tremendous faith and love.
I read this at nighttime and it just gave me a feel good feeling.

Excellent autobiographical story of Jane's life , her work with the chimpanzees in Zombe with Louis Leakey, and her work to raise awareness and funds for their protection, and for that of our environment. I have always been a great fan of hers, and thoroughly enjoyed reading more about her philosophy and life.
