My older friends laughed at me for reading this book, but when I was in my mid-twenties, in graduate school, but still a little lost, this book was a beacon for me. I think anyone in their mid-20's who feels like they should know what they're doing with their life but don't, or anyone who has that "is this it?" feeling should read this book.

Excellent book that explains the disillusionment many feel in their mid to late 20's. It was nice to know that others shared my pain in finding out that the working world was not all it was cracked up to be. The book also offers some guidance for overcoming these feelings and building a life of fulfillment.

Most college recent college graduates will find many things to relate to in this book about their peers' experiences and troubles in "the real world." Unfortunately, the book stops at the relatable but depressing problems and does not try to offer suggestions as to how to deal with the depression and alienation that many post-college 20-somethings face.
