This book may hit upset some Moms. There is a thought process that your world revolves around your children. You sacrifice everything for them. What if you decided to take some me time? What if being a Mom was not what really made you happy? What if your child is more of a burden than a blessing? Not all moms feel this way but there are some that have secrets.
When Geraldine takes her own life and her daughters, there are so many questions with no answers. When Sally needed to escape her family it was Geraldine's husband that helped her forget them. Now his wife is dead, how can that be?
