I've posted several management/customer service books to my bookshelf as listed below: 12 Choices That Lead to Your Success by David Cottrell ZAP! The Lightening of Empowerment by William C. Byham, Ph.D. with Jeff Cox Delivering Knock Your Socks Off Service Third Edition by Performance Research Associates I also have the following unpostable books due to highlighting and note taking in the books. Managing with Carrots Using Recoognition to attract and retain the best people by Adrian Gostick and Chester Elton. I will offer this one free with a request of any book from my bookshelf.
