I was not impressed with this book at all. It is hardly a classic like her early books. This one is warmed over ideas and is not much different than the concepts of gratitude and radical acceptance.

The book outlines a simple technique for adjusting your attitude to your situation. She gives several examples. This author has a very open and readable style that is easy to understand and relate to. The book invites you, the reader, to try the technique and see if it helps your particular situation. Each chapter builds on the next so you have to kind of go through the book to get the most out of it.
