Good Mystery and cop stuff from the 87th.
First of Ed McBain's 87th Precinct books that I've read. Murder on New Year's Day of a babysitter and her infant charge is the premise.
bonus book for 87th Precinct fans.
okay read
You can count on Ed McBanin's 87th precinct books to keep you reading, Written with a lot of dialogue makes the book go faster and no dull spots.
Really good mystery, not as graphic and sexually explicit as some of McBain's later works, this really captures police work very well, along with its dead ends and frustrations. Bet you won't guess who did it!
