This book gave a feel of a young adult novel. Then things started to happen that I couldn't imagine being in that type of book. Not sure what gave that vibe. Maybe the young teenage characters (who were great by the way), or the situation at hand but it as things became more complex, the YA feel went away. Terrific and horrifying story that keeps moving up until the end.
