This book started out funny, but it just went on and on and on. It became mean spirited and dull. The endless sidebars got to be annoying and the book repeated itself in places.

I'd never watched some of these shows, but for those I was familiar with, the writer is usually "spot on." My partner and I read this together and we were nodding our heads and murmuring "oh, yeah, he's got that right" on almost every one. It's just good ol' nostalgic fun.

(My favorite TV show, "Gilmore Girls," recently jumped the shark by introducing Luke's daughter now that Rory's no longer cute--just like "The Brady Bunch" did with Cousin Oliver.)
