This book was among the many supports I have used in my fight against suicidal thoughts and depression. Thanks to Susan Rose Blauner for writing it and sharing her story. This book, along with Susan's story, gives concrete ideas for getting from one day to the next - sometimes from one minute to the next. This book may not be helpful to everyone but it was extremely helpful to me.

Amazing book! As a therapist I found that this book was able to explain (to me)what it was like to want to die and what it was like to fight your way out of it. It helped me have greater understand for my clients. I have shared it with many of my suicidal clients and it has been helpful for them as well. I'm ording a second copy for my library because it is THAT good!
