This 2-tape set has something for everyone, be it a new manager who needs help developing a management method or a seasoned professional looking to tune up his/her skills. Dick Lohr gives examples of how to treat people with respect so that they'll want to be on your team, accept responsibility for getting things done, AND look forward to receiving credit for a job well done. Definitely worth listening to a few times.
