I love this series! Not since Bernie Rhodenbarr, has a series set me empathetic for a burglar or hitman! Brilliant

My first Keller book -- perhaps I should have read the other's first, but this stood alone. Loved the premise -- he is a preyed upon predator, on the run with no resources -- and I have to admit I was rooting for the guy, even though he continues to murder . . . some good twists and turns. I look forward to reading the earlier books in the series.
The last Keller book so far. Hitman Keller finds out he's been set up, runs for his life, faces disappointments, and tries to start anew. Some unexpected turns here and there keep the reader going. My personal opinion is that this isn't one of the best Keller books, but it gives you a Keller fix. The way the ending is written, I doubt there'll be anymore, but it's always possible. However, if Block does bring another one on, he's going to have to up the intensity level to keep the readers going.
