Feet Loaf Disgustingly Delicious Simple Main dish

Dish: DInner
Dish Type: Meats
Cooking Method: Baked
Difficulty: 1 / 10
Servings: 8
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 45-60 minutes
Recipes

Ingredients
  • 1.5 to 2 lbs. - ground meat- bison, beef or turkey
  • 3/4 cups - rolled oats
  • 2 whole - eggs
  • 1/4 cup - milk
  • 2 tablespoons - Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup - BBQ sauce
  • 1 large - carrot-chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon - salt
  • 1 teaspoon - pepper
  • 3 garnish - catsup b, celery, garlic cloves or onion
Directions

Mix all ingredients except garnish together in Kitchenaid mixer or smoosh together using food grade gloves or sandwich bags on your hands.

Using a 9 x 12" or similar, rectangular pan. Divide 2 equal balls of meatloaf. Form into feet right in the pan. Use a spoon or butter knife to help form the toes one by one getting smaller as you go.

Place sliced garlic cloves cut into pieces on toes for nails. Hollow out a space in the ankle for some celery 'bones' to stick out. Alternately you can use onion, potato or carrot in place of the celery to imitate the ankle bone.

Squirt with a generous amount of catsup blood.

Bake 350 degrees for 30-50 minutes depending on how you like it cooked. I like my meatloaf almost burnt so I take it out at 30 min. to serve to my family who likes it a little less done then bake some more for me!

Serve on a bed of mashed potatoes with a salad and enjoy!

Certain to freak your dinner guests out! Perfect for a party. It's simple things like this the kids get such a kick out of and will look back and fondly remember.

Notes

Garnish- catsup, celery, garlic cloves or onion.

optional-1/2 bag of frozen mixed veggies thawed-peas, carrots, corn, green beans. Add 10 minutes cooking time if you add veggies frozen instead of thawed. I love to add the veggies then we just need mashed potato and salad to complete the meal!
