This is the most comprehensive book on Losing Weight, Getting Healthy and Staying Healthy! Anyone who follows the guidelines contained in this book can become healthy!!

Dr Andersen is spot on, about the path to permanent wt loss, and about the habits of health.

I've lost 140 lbs in 14 mths following his plan.

Excellent book! Well worth reading. Using this doctor's Habits of Health, I have lost 78 pounds in ten months and I'm still going strong. I can not recommend this book highly enough!
