While this was an interesting listen that covered a lot more ground than I expected (bootleg coal mining, autism, movie production) I just couldn't connect with the main character. It also drove me CRAZY that a 3 year old was constantly referred to as "the baby." I did like a lot of the secondary characters and the action/suspense were good.
