I am a 10 year old and thought this book was a 5 star book. It is a very humorous read. I would say it is an ultimate favorite for all readers. And me , myself read a lot of books and this is in my top 10 list of favorites.

This book was hilarious and only took me a few hours to read. Written in diary format, lined pages, lots of hilarious doodles to illustrate the hilarious thoughts of poor wimpy Greg, it kept me laughing. Greg may be wimpy, but the funny thoughts & situations he describes will resonate with everyone.
I've given it to my 8th grader and my 4th grader to read next. I hope they get as many laughs as I did.

My 10 year old niece handed me this book and told me that I had to read it because it was so funny. I really didn't expect too much, but I have to say I laughed out loud. It's definitely for kids, but it's a quick read for adults and has a few really funny moments. I had heard that this was a popular book for boys, but I can't imagine any 9-12 year old not getting a kick out of it.

This isn't a bad series, but I suggest reading the online version that it is based on. The online version is less censored, has more interesting and funnier plotlines, and is generally better. Go to http://www.funbrain.com/journal/Journal.html?ThisJournalDay=1&ThisPage=1 for it.
