Sybella rescues the knight called the Beast, intending to send him off with the mute man who watched over him in the jail to the Queen whom he championed. She is knocked out in the process of getting him in the cart and when she awakes they are far from the castle and her evil father. Knowing she could not return without being found out, she reluctantly remains with Beast instead of returning to kill her father, as she intended. Once they have returned, it is clear her father intends to storm the city the queen is in and claim her as his bride. Good story and love the characters
