This audiobook, narrated by the author, is thought-provoking. Debbie Ford encourages us to dig deep and discover what we ourselves do to cause negativativity in relationships. She gently guides us through exercises, allowing us to accept all parts of our life experience -- dark and light (negative and positive) -- and shows us how to deal with the negative aspects that may hold us back. I've done Debbie Ford's 21-Day Consciousness Cleanse as well. If you're ready to do the work you will get a lot of benefit from this audiobook and the consciousness cleanse.
