This was a required reading book for a Leadership Class and it really wasn't too bad. He gave easy to follow ideas and ways to implement change in the workplace. Positive attitude and continual improvement in your leadership style are focused on. Sharing past experiences from previous employers, Lee shows his mistakes and successes in equal light. Lots wonderful stories about Disney and how he helped to make it a magically place.
