Counterattack continues Griffin's great story lines while adding some more heroic characters like Charley Galloway, Koffler and the new beginning of Malcom Pickerings military career. They way Griffin ties in all of these cahracters with historical figures like MacArther and Roosevelt are genius. This is another continuing engaging and entertaining read. I highly recommend this conituation of a great story.

Not his best, but I'll keep reading!! Loved Brotherhood of War series.
To those too young to know how bleak things looked after the debacle of Pearl Harbor, and to feel the surge of national will to resist- read this book.
