If you haven't read Eat right 4 your type it's ok. This book gives you and overview of the first book, but not in to much details. Once it finishes the recap of the last book, it gives you great recipes that help with cooking for your type a whole lot better. One thing I wish it would have given me was a food pyramid that would help out, instead of me making my own. In the end it is a great book.
