I absolutely loved Jacobs' first novel, Friday Night Knitting Club, and couldn't wait to read this one. I was very disappointed in this book. The characters are too quirky to be realistic, and there seemed to be large gaps in the story. Not a book i would recommend.

Don't waste your time on this one! I don't know which of the main characters I disliked more!

A scrumptious little book about embracing change when it befalls on you. The cast of characters were all well explored and I could not help loving each of them for their particularities. Although I am not someone that watches the food channel or cooking shows, I enjoyed this story that delved the reader behind the scenes of "Eat, Drink and Be", a live show with a lot of tension and a bit of craziness.
