A big mix of romance, suspense, thrills and chills. Two girls(best friends) go to the mountains for some hiking, when a blizzard unexpectedly hits, setting off a tirade of situations. The vehicle they were traveling in, will no longer move forward in the snow, they then have to try and find help or at least find the cabin they were headed to in the first place. However, they come across the wrong cabin and the wrong sort of men. In a place where women have been found dead in the past, will this be their end as well? How will they get home? Will they get home?! The mountain is not as quiet or empty as they thought it would be.

This was a nail biting, page turner! I did feel the book is more suited to a teenage, or YA audience, however, that doesn't mean I wasn't caught up in it. The romance swirling around in the blizzard the characters get caught up in and the thoughts and feelings of our main character, "Britt" are a bit immature, like what you would find in the mind of a teen or a 20 something. I wanted to shake some since into Britt so many times.

The suspense will drive you nuts however, especially the ending. I couldn't put the book down at the last 10 chapters. It was fantastic. This book surly could have been a movie. You will deff be drawn into the ice, snow, the cold, the fear, the mountains, the cabins and the what, when, where and how. I enjoyed this book! I read it during our own blizzard and this was a great read for that!
I recommend this book, especially to YA lovers.
