This is a great weight loss program. Books with menus and recipes from these people are really great. This particular book is an overall review of the whole program, with a little of all aspects in this book. It is necessary to own these books if you are going to get into the program.
Very encouraging book from the first and second seasons. Lots of tips to lose and maintain weight loss along with some exercise suggestions. Helping me to lose weight and stay motivated. Doing a challenge on my blog, as recommended in the book.
