She's beautiful, smart, and quiet. The two of them have an excellent friendship and are each other's plus one when needed. Spencer is in a bind when his dad is selling the family business to a old fashioned family. His harebrained scheme to help his dad is to set up a fake engagement with Charlotte so his playboy lifestyle doesn't affect the business sale.
