Yes, I know, this movie sucked. HOWEVER, read this book. This book shows you what the movie COULD have been. Peter David is a fantastic writer of novels and comic books. He takes the story of Batman Forever and makes you care about it. David also wrote movie novelizations of Incredible Hulk, Iron Man, Spider-Man (1, 2 and 3) and both Fantastic Four movies. He includes several nods to the DC Universe in his writing.

It's so much better than the movie, I promise.
