Title:

1-2-3 Brownies

Dish: Cookies & Bars
Dish Type: Chocolate
Cooking Method: Baked
Difficulty: 1 / 10
Servings: 12-16
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup - Nutella
  • 2 - Eggs
  • 3 Tbls - all purpose flour
Directions

Pre-heat Oven 350 degrees

Grease or butter 8x8 or 9x9 baking pan, you can lightly flour if you want

As simple as 1-2-3. Measure out Nutella into a medium bowl, add eggs 1 at a time mixing well with sturdy spoon then add flour until well mixed. Batter will thicken. Pour into greased pan, level and encourage into corners. Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out with only a few crumbs.

You can add up to 5 Tbls of flour for a more chewy brownie, cook time can decrease by 5 minutes. See note below!!!

Notes

Do NOT do the recipe from online or the WEB which requires 10 Tbls of flour! Is a waste of your time.

A trick to tell when brownies are done. Check 5-10 minutes before expected doneness, you will see brownie looks all puffed up like a cake. The closer to being done, the puffiness will start to fall. When ALL the puffiness falls, Brownies are DONE :) This means you do have to watch them if you want the Perfect Brownie. Depending on your oven, cook times can increase or decrease due to it running colder or hotter or elevation level.

I tried these at my sister-in-laws and they had to cook another 10 minutes!

If you ever do Bar Cookies - one batch of chocolate chip cookies flattened in a buttered bar pan - this puffiness trick works on them too, and is also around 30 minutes.
