I've had this book on my TBR list for quite a while. While I enjoyed the book and it was moving, I was somewhat disappointed in it. A young Nigerian girl enters England as an illegal and is detained for two years. She is released with several others as a result of one of the girls bribing a guard. She then meets up with a young English couple that she met under very dire circumstances in Nigeria. Her story is profound and moving. However, I found Sarah cold and distant. I did love Sarah's son, who believes he's Batman and must fight the baddies. Moving story from Little Bee's viewpoint.
