Interesting, entertaining, and well written. A quick read. I didn't like it more because my Emily Dickinson seemed so, well, Victorian lol... ! Emily was portrayed, accurately I'm sure, as having low self esteem, negativity, and weakness. Maybe I empathized so much with her always being drawn to the wrong man when she deserved so much better. A fun work of historical fiction. Try it...
