An epic conclusion to the saga by Karen Hancock. While still very good, this was not my favorite book in the series. It lagged in the middle sections and some of the plot lines seemed very dragged out. The ending was also a tad disappointing. However, the characters were still fresh and interesting and Hancock does a fantastic job of bringing her fantasy world vividly to life. Overall, the series is a success and this was a good way to end it.
