It took about 3 short chapters to meet everyone and i was off. I had planned on just a few pages and then down to sleep. It was 2 am before i could close the book. I was 3/4 of the way through, this is not a tiny book either. It is so easy to read and the story line is perfect. I believe this is gonna be one of my favorite new authors. She is amazing. There is alot going on in this story but it is easy to keep up with and you will love, cry and laugh out loud with these lovely characters. The town is perfect and i'd love to live there. The novel if full of love, attraction, mixed family blending, thrill, murder, silly. This author can write a mesmorizing read and i am looking for alot more from her.

What can I say? This book leaves me with a warm, fuzzy feeling inside. I picked up the book not expecting much and I came out more than satisfied that I read this book. This part love story and part mystery will keep you reading (once it sucks you in).

I really liked the format of the story. It alternates between present day and the past. The way both stories unfold complement each other and help to slowly open the readers' eyes. I admit that I do rather like the history of how they came to be better than present day, but as the past caught up with the present, the author blended the two seams perfectly for a continuous story.

This is one story that definitely had me intrigued and feeling every emotion the characters were feeling.

Thank you Goodreads First Read Giveaway for allowing me the chance to enjoy such a delicious book.

Notjust chick lit, there are lots of turns and twists leaving you wondering up to the end. I found it to be a little light for my taste, but it wasn't stupid. IF you hate books that go back and forth in time this might not be the book for you,
