Years ago, I remembered reading about Errol Flynn; he said that a man who died with money still in his pocket was a failure. That was such a startling statement that I'd not forgotten it. This ebook about Errol Flynn's life alludes to Flynn's unusual view of life.

In this ebook, Flynn comes across as a restless soul who craved adventure and new experiences. After reading that Flynn reported on the Spanish Civil War for William Randolph Hearst, it appears Flynn was trying to recapture his adventurous youth. However, if he couldn't have that, then "suicide by fire" was okay too.

When we read about the years it takes some actors to become stars; it was amazing that things were so easy for Flynn. Probably, he didn't appreciate his good fortune because it came so quickly. Interesting reading.
